On the road with nine people
A minibus with nine seats can be driven on an ordinary category B licence: eight passengers plus the driver. For a weekend away the weekend rate runs from Friday 17:00 to Monday 08:00; if you stay away longer, we use the weekly rate from seven days on.
Taking the minibus abroad means adding the foreign insurance, and for a number of countries a surcharge. Mention it when you book and we arrange it straight away. Collection is possible from Monday to Friday from 07:00; returning is possible 24 hours a day.
You collect during opening hours. You return whenever it suits you.
Is your move running on until nine in the evening? Are you only back on Sunday afternoon? No problem. You park the vehicle on our site at the Koperstraat and drop the key in the key safe.
So you do not have to rent an extra day because you missed the closing time. On a move that easily saves a full day rate.

Frequently asked questions
How old do I have to be to rent?
You must be at least 20 and hold a valid Dutch driving licence. Some of the heavier vans carry additional requirements; those are listed with the vehicle.
What should I bring when collecting?
A valid Dutch driving licence together with a passport or ID card. Without both we cannot hand over the vehicle.
How can I pay?
You can pay on collection by debit card, credit card or cash, or online in advance by iDEAL or Wero. We charge 3% for credit card payments.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is a separate, VAT-free amount you pay up front and get back after the rental period. It is not part of the rental price. If you paid online, we refund it the same way.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, cancelling is free up to 48 hours before collection. This does not apply to long-term rentals, for which we make separate arrangements.
Can I extend the rental period?
You can, but always ask us first. Extending without our agreement is not insured.
